We have provided personal care services to our community since 2001.

Our efforts are focused on providing all clients with the highest quality of support- to maintain their independence.

We believe in face to face contact- to know each other and the service we provide as an employee.

Our employees and caregivers have enable Generations to accomplish our goal of providing a professional work environment that fosters a positive client-caregiver relationship through knowledge, experience, and quality care.

The staff of Generations has worked together for over 10 years.   Collectively, providing over 100 years of experience through medical, home health, personal care, education, and community support.

All caregivers must uphold compliance of the State policies and Policy & Procedures of Generations Personal Care, Inc.

Pre-employee requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Clearance of New Mexico
    Department of Health, Criminal History Screening
    -pre-employee requirement
  • Compliance of Drug and Alcohol
    policy
  • Competency Test
    -annually
  • Maintain CPR & First Aid certification, pre-employment requirement
  • 12 hours of training/education
    -annually
