• GENERATIONS Personal Care, INC. is a licensed Medicaid provider in the state if New Mexico
• GENERATIONS Personal Care, INC. is contracted with he three MCO’s under Centennial Care 2.0 within the state of New Mexico:
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Presbyterian Health Services
  • Western Sky/ Centene

• Personal Care Services(PCS) provided
  • Consumer Directed
  • Consumer Delegated
  • Personal Care Respite

• PCS is a program designed to assist Medicaid eligible consumers to obtain assistance within their own home for nonmedical ADL’s.
• Services are established via and assessment from the selected MCO, for the consumer’s Level of Care (LOC).
• PCS offer a range of tasks to assist a consumer whoa re unable or limited to perform some or all ADL’s because of a diagnosis or functional limitation.
• PCS are provided in the residence of an eligible consumer.
• Personal Care Services are not provided 24 hour services
• Personal Care Services are not furnished to a consumer that is a patient or resident of a hospital, facility or an institution for mentally ill, nursing/LTC, correctional, or any other institution.
