Personal Care Attendants-Caregivers Requirements

Our employees and caregivers enable Generations to accomplish our goal of providing a professional work environment that fosters a positive client-caregiver relationship through knowledge, experience, and quality care. 

All caregivers must uphold compliance of the State policies and Policy & Procedures of Generations Personal Care, Inc.  Pre-employee requirements include, but not limited to:

• Clearance of New Mexico Department of Health, Criminal History Screening 

           - pre-employee requirement

• Compliance of Drug and Alcohol policy
• Competency Test 

            -Must be completed annually

• CPR & First Aid certification 

            -Current including Blood Borne Pathogen 

• 12hours of training/education 

            -Must be completed annually
